The Big Apple Circus is headed back to the Washington D.C. area for a limited-engagement run from September 18th to October 5th. with its all-new show, METAMORPHOSIS. I have never been to the Circus here in D.C., so this will be my family’s first time since going in New York when my oldest (now 12.5) was a pre-schooler. We love that Big Apple Circus, a nonprofit organization, offers a classic Big Top circus for families who want to experience the traditional circus.
The one-ring circus is perfect for families and offers value-priced tickets for as low as $24 a person. Of course that’s still a splurge for many families, but I’d rather spend my entertainment budget on live performances than a family movie matinee (which with concessions will cost the same!). If you’re ready for a two-hour performance that will delight your kids, get ready for the Big Apple Circus!
Our readers who want to get their tickets ASAP can use the promo BIGAPPLE to save $10 off tickets.* That’s $10 per ticket, not just off the total purchase! (*Limited availability. Offer good on select seats and shows. Other conditions apply. Children under 3 are free when on the lap of a paid adult, one child per lap.)
GIVEAWAY! To enter for two tickets to the September 18th show at 7 PM (doors open at 6 PM), visit Big Apple Circus’ website, find out one of the following pieces of trivia, and then come back to comment with your answer.
