Quench in Rockville loves adults (as evidenced by its beautiful craft cocktails selection), but it also adores kids. The opening of its new half-off-for-kids Sunday brunch this week on September 23 is proof!
Each week on Sundays, kids get to chow down for half-off with a paying adult (one kid to one grown-up) from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. There will be $5 mimosas for adults and innovative drinks for kids such as Carnival Lemonade, which is not your plain old CountryTime powder. This stuff is fresh lemonade in flavors like cotton candy and bubble gum.
But the real focus is the incredible food that both parents and kids will slobber over: donuts, burgers on donuts, PB&J rolls, funnel cakes with chocolate sauce. There are also grown up treats like Maryland blue crab frittata, corned beef hash, French toast, heirloom tomato gazpacho. Check out the full brunch menu.
After brunch ends at 1 p.m. Sunday the game day fun begins. All football games will be show on the screens, and there will be 1/2 price beer and food specials.
Quench is also now open Tueday-Friday for lunch, so be sure to add it to your lunch meeting lineup. For date nights and GNO’s Quench features DJ’s and dancing on Friday nights, and they even arrange for food trucks to arrive for late night grub! Did I mention that the cocktails are out of this world?
See you (and your kids!) at brunch on Sunday.
