At this time of year it’s hard not to notice the pumpkins everywhere, and around our house there is a lot of cooking with pumpkin going on. It’s a great vegetable because it’s so versatile. Whether you want to use it in savory or sweet dish, the flavor and texture of pumpkin compliments many other ingredients. Here are three recipes from local food bloggers showing off pumpkin’s versatility.
