At this time of year it’s hard not to notice the pumpkins everywhere, and around our house there is a lot of cooking with pumpkin going on. It’s a great vegetable because it’s so versatile. Whether you want to use it in savory or sweet dish, the flavor and texture of pumpkin compliments many other ingredients.
